I just spent a few minutes looking at some of the more recent post and getting brought up to speed on the company. For any of you who don't know me, I'm a long time old share holder. This company will go down in my memory as the one that should have been. Several could have been but this one really should have been.
I gave them capital when they needed it only to find out years later when he finally filed that the capital was "shifted" into his pocket.
The company's patents - good, the ideas for growth- good, the market ripe. Only problem with this ship, it's captain.
As far as how he treats shareholders and previous investors? You would be hard pressed to find another who helped him more than I to bring in equity at a times when he needed it most. Taking in exchange for my trust and money stock restricted from sale for a period of 2 years. When the two years past I took it the certificate to my broker to remove the restriction. SW had reported it stolen or lost a month prior!! So much for loyalty and trust.
Of course, many things upset me about this guy and this company; but what bothers me most? If this company were run the right way, and ego was replaced by business acumen ..it should have been
