I made a new product request online for Schnucks Markets, the largest grocery chain in St. Louis with 107 stores in the region and surrounding states.

They reponded by saying they would share the information with their seafood team, and also suggested I try the Salmolux brand of “baked/smoked” salmon, which is made with wild Alaskan salmon and is currently available in their stores. I can tell you right now I'm not going to like it, but I will give it a try and give them my honest opinion. I look forward to being able to say there is no comparison.
