I have long believed that the big market for the COGITO (SDSS) system

Will btheeh commercial arena, and not the national security arena, especially in teh US

After all, the PC corowd would rather see thousands dead and billion sin damage rather than "annoy" one person and impact his 'human rights'......

Therefore, should this merger go through, DVTel, with its inroads in exactly that area, worldwide will open a whole new area for explotation of COGITO technology

I sure hope this goes through

Having said that, even of it doesnt go thorough, It is MY BELIEF the system is too valuable and will be acquired by someone else
