CURRENT STATUS OF WESTERN SIERRA MINING PROJECTS AND ORE RECOVERY OPERATIONS
The Development Plan for Western is to enhance mining activities on the resource properties currently in its inventory, Gold Basin and the Gold River group properties, Eagle, Goldwater and Independence as funding becomes available. In addition, we are currently updating geological information on all properties to enhance their fair market value.

Negotiations are always ongoing with outside commercial groups to either purchase outright certain properties or lease-sale options with or without Western as the production contractor.

Continued Exploration

Over the past several months, Western has developed significant interest in additional mining properties both in the Bradshaw Mountains and surrounding areas of Central Arizona . As initial exploration is concluded, we anticipate acquiring several of these new properties and making them available for development through Joint Venture relationships or outright sale.

Western is currently negotiating with other mining companies for additional lease option agreements and is also acquiring additional resource properties through its exploration division. This effort is designed to insure a continued portfolio of potentially viable resource properties to replace the assets that are lost to sales and those that provide for a continuing line of resources for exploration.

This is not a pump and dump stock. Is it going to be at a higher pps a year from now? IMHO THE ANSWER IS YES.
