I have an interest in checking out new companies, and I give my honest reaction. Because of my grave concerns about the entire sector, the stock structure, and some segments of the business plan (franchising plans at this early stage) I will not be doing further DD on this stock.

The questions I asked should have been readily answered by someone who had already done their DD on this board, which makes me wonder how thoroughly the folks on this board have looked into this stock.

I might be more interested if this guy already had a good business going with this product and was looking to expand. That's proof of concept, but I don't see any evidence that this is the case.
