It would appear that Desert Valley Farms LLC, the same entity that BEHL said was going to be a customer of theirs in a July 2010 PR, is doing business with Monique Berry.

That leads to the question of why you would post this. It backs up the fact that Dennis Fisher abandoned BEHL well ahead of the mass resignations. Why would someone want to do business with a CEO that screwed up their previous deal?

Better yet...why didn't Michael Burton file a conflict of interest lawsuit, being the expert in turning around damaged companies that he was proclaimed to be?

Even better still...are you finally putting two and two together and coming up with the reasons why the abandonment issues and Monique Berry cannot be addressed at the promoter's forum (funny how they talk of bashers yet they too have received a legal warning from counsel representing former directors and employees to cease and desist with all libel). Or why he edits posts in locked threads, only gives the information in chat (difficult to have a permanent record if you don't stay logged in all day), and bans people from the chat that have a history of remembering the various lies he has told (that the expansion of share structures has prevented a takeover of the company and the says it was to fund projects yet people were never paid?????).

Try to get in touch with Arthur B Clarke. There are some familiar faces helping him finish out his project. Talk to Angela Young from Fast Horse Energy. She'll give you the real deal on the appointment of Burton and how the promoter kept her hanging in the wind, hoping she'd prop up the company.

Try to find Dennis Fisher. He, much like Michael Burton, has disappeared from the face of the Earth.
