gdepc, I think you are being paid to post on this board
with several others.
I am first and foremost ANTI PROPOSAL! It will be tough
to vote management out unless they do someting really STUPID.
This proposal is that SOMETHING really stupid. They are pissing lots of shareholders off. BIGTIME!

When you take shareholders rights away from them you no longer have a company working in the best interest of shareholders and are left with a company working for the interests of THE FEW.

I do not run my companies like that. I do not know of any shareholders willing to tolerate a company run for the benefit of the few and NOT for the majority of shareholders on record. This is the first time I have ever seen this type of scam pulled in broad daylight. I was not born yesterday.
