It dropped down to .09 on the 29th of last month on a big sell off, just like today, and went back up to the .40's in 5 days. I don't know, seemed to be CSTI and RAFF sitting on top of the ask all day, but CSTI was on the top of the bid and buying all day as well, so go figure. Also, there were more buys than sells according to IHUB so this could just be manipulation and go back up on monday.
