Isn't it clear why Viacom got carriage deals so much easier than Q? They are VIACOM for cryin out loud. They have as much clout as anyone in this business. Q will have to wait. It is like the rookie syndrome. Q is the rookie and will have to wait until Viacom gets settled. Q will get the scraps.
