The dtcc has their own set of rules for compliance with the SEC regs and takes a hard look at a multitude of indicators similar to Finra. It is never a good sign when that happens as it appears this stock came up on their Radar. They are now the lead agency to start a process to stop things from going further and share all info with both Finra and the SEC.They can move much faster than either agencies.Things are starting to change for the BB and the pinks and seem to be changing faster as they are now doing the same thing to many companies every day.
