I agree, TIVU financing would help end the dilution, but it is not feasible since banks have tightened lending standards. Financing could be an option once this business has had ~6 months or more of established revenues, but even then it is not easy to get.

TIVU is not selling flowers, watches or anything else that is inexpensive. TIVU is installing expensive IPTV systems in hotels that include a rack of communication hardware that cost a lot upfront. TIVU is going to sell shares just like many other companies. At least they have said that and we can all hope that financing becomes an option soon after a contract is done.
