Well, it looks like you have a strong support base from consolidation at around the .0342 area and the moving averages are primed for a bounce/uptrend. What you're really lacking in ISML is attention which can be seen through the lack of volume. News would definitely help you out there but for now it seems to have a strong average range of .027-.032. so if you can get in somewhere in the low of that range you should be okay so long as they don't dilute.
