it certainly can, BUT we are not close to that yet and thus not a quick uplist like was PR'd . we see what news does to MMTE. it appears this will not move until the lawsuit is over. Just like it was to be dismissed, that did not happen. now that they have until next year to figure it out, investors will be here scratching their heads in disgust. I love how WL said the lawsuit will not affect the company, that was obviously, completely false. I dont know how any investor could be happy with their investment right now.
