No not true, only thing currently in the suspension is lack of filing. Filling will get them out of this one. The SEC don't care how they conduct themselves except to the minumumm required law. For instance....they didn't file and got slapped with a court order.

Now, whats in the filing (if they file) may be a different matter....LOL
