Yes that is the same Kenneth P. Glynn. Another New Jersey Bar entry indicates he was disbarred by agreement in December of 2005. I find it odd that I never received a response from Dr. Alain Martin to my inquiry about any relationship with Kenneth P. Glynn or KNSC. According to the records Dr. Martin has two very experienced attorneys as officers in his company. Has anyone seen any more PRs anywhere stating a partnership between Kenneth P. Glynn & Dr. Alain Martin ?
