Another stock I mentioned this morning was suspended last year on 10/19 for the exact same reason. It was revoked 22 days later on 11/10 for not answering the SEC complaint. This stock will be revoked by Thanksgiving. imho

NMGL was well aware of this risk.
This is not the type of "legal action" inferred in the FAQ's.
Interesting enough, the same FAQ's include the statement on legal action.
of course it is, it's 100% the kind of legal action in the agreement ..
anyway it really does not matter now .. people were warned the SEC would revoked the stock ..
people holding FFGO as of today have lost 100% of their investment
FFGO will not respond to the SEC complaint and the SEC will start the revoking proceeding
the WD/FFGO claims most likely have already gone back to searchlight
for default
its over!
If you favorite stock is trading at .0001, or under SEC investigation, it is way past the point of being called a
*legit* investment.
