Uh, the price is not the issue, the issue is the liquidity and the ability to sell. As you can see there has been just 90k traded in the last 10 sessions and that was all in 1 day. So, you are looking at trades taking place on only about 10% of available days with the total volume representing less than $2k for that entire period.

Those holding millions are stuck, those holding thousands are, at best, prolonged into holding.

The price could sit here for eternity and you could claim victory but if you hold 27 million shares you are stuck with them for a very, very long time without the ability to sell many of them and being forced to pay added fees for selling them in such small blocks.
