CDEX Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on August 18, 2011 at which 76,220,331 shares were represented in person or by proxy.

The NOMINEES got less than a third of the vote, each. Not exactly a landslide. Especially when one considers that the outcome was pre-ordained, and the INONIT vote is considered.

A mockery of the Democratic process, was what it was.
