Either way, it wasn't available publicly anywhere except after that first post at 10:27 Monday on the 24th, and repeated on this vmsyq board ad nauseum the rest of the day with everyone making all kinds of predictions. Problem is, it didn't show up on pacer until Tuesday afternoon. The post was before the hearing was even supposed to be held. I can see if the dockets got moved up, but here and no where else AND the alleged ceo telling people to back off....?
