Surprisingly, the cute girl who works at 7-11 that took French II in college doesn't count as a qualified French to English translator.
Any engineering document that could determine millions dollars of investment potentially by the Chinese is so heavily regulated its crazy (think ISO, ASTM). As much as I hate waiting for good / bad results, the fact that this company isn't just running out saying 24 hours later we have the English version out makes me think that things are real.
