CONGRATULATIONS CHAD, YOU WERE RIGHT AND I WAS WRONG.

Mr. Steven Swank, has just told us we are getting the racetrack. Since we are the only bidder left
and the others have been disqualified, it means that CGAQ gets the racetrack.

In an open bidding the highest bidder gets the bid and since CGAQ is the only one left then
CGAQ gets the lease for the racetrack. The only thing that had me scratching my head at first
was the comment made at the end when he mentioned SOLID INFORMATION.

Since he has already received information from the Commissioners office, that other bidders
had been eliminated and he was the only one left ( The Commissioners office is the only one with that type of information ), we have to assume that the information is solid enough, that he would have a
press release indicating we have the racetrack. " after the bidding the winning company will receive notice within 10 business days " That is a solid statement, specially since CGAQ is the only bidder
left and I repeat in an open bidding the one left standing wins.

There is no way that Mr. Swank and those that are in any way closely associated with him would take a
the chance of a lawsuit even a small class action lawsuit.

So I must say congratulations and here is hoping we all see $$$$ at the end.
