what are you talking about raising capital?? these guys dont make toys

they have other companies makes toys/items on their behalf

that is how more shell games are done

they hire XYZ toy company to make stuff on their behalf...PDOS tells them to pay them soem amount of the net proceeds...

HOWEVER there will be other hands in the cookie jar before money gets back to PDOS and dont forget CEO takes his 25% off the top

shareholders end up with next to nothing

wait until you see the 10Q....there will be MASSIVE expenses.....everybody needs a car dontcha know....everyone needs to fly first class.....everyone needs 5 star restaraunts...

oh yea and MOST LIKELY PDOS will have hired a consulting firm to look for the best company to make the toys (dont be shocked to learn that the consulting firm will actually be owned by rosenberg or maybe our buddy altounian)
