I use e-trade and have gone through one other name change with another investment. I wasn't able to trade for about 3 days, they said it takes time to process and make sure things are done right. My understanding is all shares already owned can't be touched for a few days but you can by and sell any new shares not already owned under the new name.

I personally will be holding I believe there is still great potential for this company. For a while it was looking like it was a stock some of you could retire off of. I am sorry that this did not happen, but don't walk away from a good opprotunity and throw away money just because you are mad. There is still dough to be made here. Iregardless of the headphones this company will be worth $5 by the end of next year and thats my low guess. Granted I probably got in lower then some of you and probably don't have nearly as much invested as some, I just wanted to share my opinion.

I would highly recomend at least waiting out the Holidays maybe even until the 4th quarter results are out next year. I As seen on tv Inc. will have some pretty beefed up numbers that will make many happy and bring in lots of new investors.
