A few days ago we got press as being one of the top twenty performers since the beginning of October in the Russel 2000 in a piece talking about a bullish trend for the small cap sector.

I'd say that along with recent investor conference presentations and the hints of a drilling announcement by the end of the year by Kase Lawal would be what is driving this appreciation.
