Rusty, management exposed themselves for what they really are. All the while I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and then this proposal comes. Turns out there may be real reasons why bashers disliked Wunderlich so much, eh?

Don't expect too much in winnings if this proposal gets passed holycow.
I would put my calculator away for a while. My sense is the deadly "ONE" for this clueless management team==> Greed.

We shall see if I turn out to be right. If this company bumbles and stumbles on opportunity's doorstep then I will cash out and move on. I will also gloat that I was right so be prepared. It will be a while though.
