Linda - what's your main point specifically as it relates to the each of the classes: CT's, Preferreds and Equity.

It seems the semantics have you suddenly concerned over things that you and others have already dealt with over the past year. Granted the transparency of this chapter 11 hasn't been forthcoming but that's been the case for some time now.

What exactly has changed now to make you so suspicious?
