Nabbbss, i really don't agree with this new ruling. MMX is an integral part of this larger discussion and should be allowed. i bought stock in MMX. i now don't own any stock in it due to corporate actions that i had no say in. until i receive the dividend, this is, unfortunately, the case. i could understand enforcing this rule after the dividend is received, but until then, i don't see how you can separate the two. just my two cents.
