I think ZECCO and NSCC are references to brokerage accounts like Fidelity. Looks like NSCC has strict rules about selling shares..like your account is related to a percentage of ownership in the brokerage firm. Somehow the overall profit of NSCC is distributed back to its "members". Almost seems like your account with them is subject to rules like in a condominium complex....

My Question: Can you decipher what "only institutional buying" and "very low volume" signifies? Does this suggest that the overall market opinion of BLTA shares is changing?
