OS only 22.5mil as of July, at OTCMarkets. 1.9mil as of Oct 2010. Scotrade has 60% Insider ownership. But it is Still Hard to know what and whom to Trust!!! One other interesting fact is that the company did have 15 employees according to OTC, which is extraordinary for many of the Companies here in "Jungleland"!
