Really, you do not think it matters? So if someone were to go put an order in for 300k shares at the ask, is it not logical to think that the order would start to be filled at the ask price and keep stepping up until the order is filled? that is how it works correct?

Or do you believe that the mm's will cover the order at the ask and then place a new sell order slightly higher... Wouldn't that in effect be the MM's controlling the PPS?

I do realize this is a pink and pinks seem to have a different set of rules or lack there of. but really that would just be straight price manipulation....
