What if we asked our local stores as customers if they would please bring SMKY salmon in for us? Is there enough oven capacity available to produce for that at this time? Some of the larger retail chains may say they can not make the decision there at the store level but certainly some really nice smaller local markets (family run or smaller chain) that taylor their stock specific to their customer requests would bring it in. No hugh quantites would be involved at first but we could still follow up and buy it through them while exposing the product to a whole new set of customers as well. Is that a viable option at this time?
