I just sent you a back copy of a cert. They are available anywhere and can be made up at any print shop along with signing at anytime to create it looking real.

If James signed over 100% of Centacom Holdings to NHSH, as the MERGER says, how come JAMES still has the CERTS?

Why wouldn't Jeff take them? It makes no sense.

And it is laughable. IMO
