This isn't the bottom. This is what I call accumulation manipulation. You see it all the time. If I want to accumulate as much possible at these low levels, I will sell back small amounts like the 2 x (20,000) shares=6 dollars at the end of the day to manipulate the bid/ask. I call it adding uncertainty. This will help keep it down while I continue to accumulate at these low levels.

No, its not dilution of converted shares in my opinion. Not at these levels. If there is going to be dilution it will happen after big news at the end of November. These convertible note holders are not dumb. They know the price is gonna rise when the results come in and the finance deal is signed.

Could the company dilute? Sure, any company can. Can the company buy back debt from the investment? Well, depends on the authorized use of the finance deal. I can tell you that November/December is make it or break it for this company.

Bottom line here is this company has a great deal of unanswered questions. We can make analytical assumptions like many on here and they could be correct. No one really knows. Is issueing a convertible note dilution of a company that doesn't have much capital. No, that's what these companies do to get their product to market. Until you can get a capital investor to step up and foot the bill.Selling stock is how you pay the bills. I definitely don't think their selling enough to pay big salaries and live like Kings.

I'll stick around and pick up some more at these low prices until NEWS BREAKS. Then i'll make an informed decision to hold or fold.

There is always money to be made and lessons to be learned. Stay in the fight and find the vulnerabilities.
