Nice news given the backgrounds and connections.
Much faith was placed in Toby's hand and it was an interesting ride owning PSPW from the early months of the year.

Now the new hands are in place and once again it makes sense why there no responses from the CEO - change was occurring.

Finally, the public/investors state what any (public) company is worth via it's shares; what any one person thinks is practically irrelevant. The value will increase as the majority believes it's value has increased.
