I think that businessman is laughing now because us longs are getting into a fight. He's more than happy to see holders are panicking and selling. If some holders are selling, he's there to grab his shares at probably mid 2s.

Nuclear, of course, I'm longing this. You don't need to ask him. He's just being a smart trader. When there's not enough ask slappings, the stock may fall, why pay higher? When it's obviously going down, why still hit the ask? You will pay higher prices again. It's smart trading by these folks.
