Well Permit

Hmmmm....this doesn't look so good. There's a restriction on the Kosciusko well permit. It's a re-enter well so I think it's the right one. Anyone know about H2S (hydrogen sulfide)? It's a poisonous gas and it's one of things you don't want in your crude. It sours the gas making it less desireable and causes some refiners the cost of having to remove it to meet environmental regulations.
