It does tell the story, doesn't it? The Bid at .14 and Ask at .21 indicates that no one wants to Sell at .14 and no one wants to Buy at .21 so the real value as of yesterday must be somewhere between there. However, there is currently no reason to Buy so no one seems interested to step up and increase the Bid. Somewhat of a Standoff for the time being.

Of course, News would change this standoff immediately.
