You're damn well right it makes a difference to me.

Their words were tainted by deception.

Contacting the SEC has nothing to do with collecting damages.

Doing a civil suit, means everyone concerned are served, including all the vendors as they're also part of the impending action.

Anyone can do it, but it may be difficult to find assets.
