FPG, It's a matter of scale, in the eyes of the law.

It's not just that. It's actually a matter of market power. AMD can't take market share away from Intel and at the same time argue that Intel has too much market power.

Of course, that IMO. The courts might create a new definition based on percentages alone for all I know.
