IMO, you are way off. Lets look at what stopped the swap.
Jeff and his crew stopped the swap. James owens placed centaflix shares on may 19th as his part of the deal. have docs that confirm

1. Joe takes Jeff to court. xcept jeff countersues I wonder why?

2. Jeff turns down a settlement that only favors Joe for the most part. I think that happened 3 or 4 times. nope deals were fair and all were on board xcept jeff the hardhead, and he should of listened So, joe could get the deal he wanted? Please

3. Why should Joe get anything? you miss te point Joe is a investor, plus he is about the rigors of bringing value to the shareholders of qasp, via the lawsuit What has he done other than dilute QASP. What 1 thing has he done to help shareholder value?

4. Has he gone after DEAN? No, why? you easily forget that DA jeff play..... where did it go?What does Dean have on Joe, if anything. Remeber Joe's family worked for Dean. I do not believe that he did not know what was going on. But, in some far off land it would be possible. believe what you wish

7. Have you done a background check on Joe? How do you know he an outstanding person? Has he ever been sued? Has he ever been in court for tortuous interference? everyone has a background even you and I, whats your point?

Mine does not show numerous court appearances, yours or should I say Joe's?
