Does this company have a future?

Looking at the numbers it seems like PIED doesn't have much time left to exist. Do they have any promising properties? It looks like a low risk entry right now. I just don't want to be stuck holding the bag if the lights go out. Seems to have decent management team but if there's nothing going there's no upside.

Any insight would be appreciated.
