IMO, you are way off. Lets look at what stopped the swap.
1. Joe takes Jeff to court.
2. Jeff turns down a settlement that only favors Joe for the most part. I think that happened 3 or 4 times.
3. Why should Joe get anything? What has he done other than dilute QASP. What 1 thing has he done to help shareholder value?
4. Has he gone after DEAN? No, why? What does Dean have on Joe, if anything. Remeber Joe's family worked for Dean. I do not believe that he did not know what was going on. But, in some far off land it would be possible.
5. He went after Jeff because of what Jeff knows (IMO) and that could be costly to Joe.
6. Now he plugs around here looking for something for almost nothing. I understand why, but it is not for shareholder value IMO.
7. Have you done a background check on Joe? How do you know he an outstanding person? Has he ever been sued? Has he ever been in court for tortuous interference?
8. I have done a brackground check on Jeff. You should do your own.
9. James's background check was bad, what he has done lately has not changed that IMO.
Now enter Mike Kendrick, He does not attack Joe or his people in a public forum.
For me that silence is Golden.
