A press release should conveys all facts that impact the business, not just "soft" pumping material.

For instance, when any acquisition is made, press release should include details of the terms, such as amount of $cash, and number of shares at what prices as well as restrictions on the shares if any.....

Did we get any of these? Did I miss it?
