This lawsuit settlement was only one piece of the puzzle (although a big one). We still have alot of the puzzle to finish. Many people won't buy NEOM until there is a proven revenue stream. It's all about the earnings to many investors. No doubt that it will happen, but it will take some time and patience to let it all unfold.
