Well, it looks like because Jody was late in filing his NT , FINRA didn't bother waiting for the 15day extension timeline & slapped an 'E' (expired) suffix to the ticker anyway. It also appears that Samuels took note of this & didn't bother trying to meet the over-ruled 15day request to file the overdue 'annual' report. I guess[?] he's thinking that since they penalized him anyway , there's no reason to rush now.
I just hope he's got 'something' in-mind for this puppy...I've got way2many zombies in my portfolio already...don't need another one.
