Here's your reply!!

I don't know, maybe the dog ate the contract! Maybe the TV company went out of business. Maybe Frank couldn't deliver. Pick one. You, a shareholder, don't know. But don't you know the carriers would like to know and if they don't know, chances are they would need to know (it's called due diligence) for their board to make a decision to carry QTV. The one fact that exists is that there have been many dates PR'd that have fallen through. Whoever negotiated for Chicago Gay Games put in an out-clause if Frank can't deliver. So you can try to downplay the missed dates, but they are critical especially for a start up.

9 December 2004: Q Television Network Announces Plans for the Chicago Gay Games. Q Television Network today released additional details of the landmark deal signed last week with the Chicago organizers of Gay Games VII. Under the terms of the contract, Gay Games VII television, radio and Internet broadcast rights are granted under the provision that Q will be available in 150 markets by July of 2006.
