OK Kfa I called Choicetrade and things sound ok. They dont have any problems with the trading of pennys other than the non dtc eligable stocks. They do allow the transfer of pennys as long as they are priced over 10 cents.But they dont cover the transfer fees. Im going to give em A go.

It took me to long to realize I was A procrastinator.
