Nope my broker said that DTC is working to get the certificates "paid in" but since VGPR isn't DTC eligible there is a problem,..I think DTC is as much of a problem as the Pinkies we gamble on. If I bought these shares then I should be able to sell these share pre or post RS. Biggest bunch a BS I have ever seen in my life by the time I can touch the shares I am sitting on they will be so diluted I will still loose money. If I could have touched them on the RS day I could have actually turned a small profit. But as with any RS DTC is slow PPS sinks we all loose money. F*ck Em!
