Buy what ever you can remember the OCT technology they have exclusive world wide rights and SAEI was a scam and without fundamentals went on to hit $1 this is really bg potential when the exploration news hits this will be possibly .50 in just one run just look at trading pattern for last 3 months the MMs have been just accumulating at these levels the old management has got options at .075 hence they will not sale at these levels
