We all lack credible info so how can we say it's Fluff. You no what they say when we ASSuME. The bottom line is we have about two months until this things starts to unfold. Either for the Good or the Bad.

The lack of credible info is exactly why this stock is at .0004 and the recent news is why we are beginning to see the accumulation. My guess on the A/S rise is the partnership with DBAR. I would say that most will be restricted. Thats just my opinion until we find out in the finance deal.
